A little information about Angul, as follows
One of the prominent districts of Orissa, Angul is spread over a total area of 6232 sq. km.
The district of Angul was established on the 1st of April in the year of 1993. An economically developed district, Angul encompasses a population of 11.40 lakhs.

Angul is known for its vast reserves of coal mines that have helped to strengthen the financial base of the state of Orissa.
The district supports numerous reputed industries of Indian Aluminium Product Ltd,
